Polk County children don’t need superheroes, they just need Everyday Heroes!
What does an Everyday Hero do? They open doors, giving kids opportunities that they may never get anywhere else.
Every time they step through our doors, Polk County kids will have opportunities to
build supportive, healthy relationships in a nurturing, Caring environment, free from discrimination and unhealthy conflict, and where they can learn to respect, care about, and support one another
have a safe place to learn and grow at their own pace and develop the skills and talents they need to be Productive, whether in academic achievement or health & life skills
lead, be heard, and become Responsible, developing control of their own behaviors and goals, and to take direct action that will result in real, positive internal and external change in their lives
With a small monthly donation of $10 or more, you can join with others who are opening these doors that help Polk County kids become Caring, Productive, Responsible citizens with Great Futures ahead of them!
